Year 5 Power for Good!

How can our words make others feel?

In Year 5 we thought about how our words and facial expressions can make other people feel. We organised the feelings into both positive and negative groups.

The film, Inside Out, inspired us to develop extra characters to show the range of emotions someone can feel.

We then thought of real life examples of what we might say in a variety of situations and what emotional outcome this could cause. Our paper chains are organised into emotions, colour coded  in line with the Inside Out characters.
