Year 2 have raised an enormous amount of money towards an exciting trip by selling buns to all of the school community. Thank you to all who contributed the delicious offerings and for those that got to participate in the eating of the delights. Well done Year 2, what money makers! What entrepreneurs you all are! Fantastic!  

Year 1 have been exploring our local environment and have participated in an adventurous walk around Wombwell. They all got to have a detailed investigation and research about the local shops, important places in which they are a part of.  Doesn't it look like they had a detailed exploration? 

 What a busy start to the year already for our amazing Year 2 pupils.  It is impressive to see their aspirations for their futures.  It was clear to see how engaged in their learning and how much they have enjoyed the curriculum.  Within the assembly we saw art, DT, PE, music, PSHCE, geography and history.  The children were incredible and I know we are all extremely proud of them.  Thank you to everyone who joined in this event.

​ The DT and creativity of the houses built were truly amazing! Thank you to all who came and supported the pupils in making them masterpieces.

How much learning have year 4 done? It was clear to see that they have thoroughly enjoyed their topic on Romans.  They met a Roman and even battled like a Roman. The children had completed learning around history, into their writing into their science work. Thank you to all who could attend.
