Y6 Enterprise

On Friday 12th May, Y6 had a brilliant day working on an enterprise project with a local company.  The task was to work in small groups to design a music station for a school playground.  They had to think about costings, their unique selling point and many other aspects of design.  After a full on day of planning and designing, they then had to pitch to a panel of judges, who scored them on various aspects of both their proposals and their presentations.  Congratulations to our winning team (Ruby, Alani, Lilian, Harry C and Anton) , who will go through to the next round.  Their design was colourful and fun, but also carefully though through, with access and activities for both disabled and able-bodied users.  The winners of the city-wide competition will have their design made and put into production, so we've got everything crossed for them!
