During Anti-Bullying Week, we focused on "using our powers for good", but also eSafety and combating cyber bullying. This was inspired by the recent BBC News article about the increase in cyber bullying and the number of children who are affected, and also our recent trip to Crucial Crew. We shocked the children with how vulnerable they are on line. They could not believe how many of their photographs and conversations we could get hold of, just because they had not made their online profiles private. They were also astounded at how easy it was to set up an account in anybody's name and how easily they all fell for it. Hopefully, they have learnt from this and will be more careful with their online lives from now on! The children then worked in groups to create "anti-bullying campaigns". The work they produced ranged from good old fashioned posters to videos and memes. See below for some of our favourites. 8/7/2017 03:23:13 pm
