Harvest at High View

​Thank you and well done for our Year 3 and Year 5 children who performed our Harvest Assembly. Year 5 looked at how harvest was important during World War II as the county relied on home-grown fruits and vegetables. I am so impressed with the children looking at how food was used as much as possible to reduce waste. Year 3 looked at how Stone Age turned from hunter gathers to keeping livestock and growing their own vegetables to become early farmers. They fully understood how thankful we should be for all that we have to eat. Well done and thank you to all who attended.
