They can be brought into the school on the morning of Friday 28th September and dropped off at Reception. Through school it is the day where children can ‘Wear It Green’. Please can children bring a £1 contribution to school. We are looking forward to seeing you all there. Year 5 have been to Eden Camp as an introduction to their World War Two Topic. They had a fantastic and fascinating time learning about the war, how people survived and supported each other. Year 3 have just started swimming. Again they all had a great time learning a life skill. Year 4 have started their music lessons and this year we are using the ukulele. We are all looking forward to listening to the music they make each week. What an absolute pleasure to have all the children back in school, excited and looking so smart in their uniform. It has been a great start to the year already, the children have settled into their new classes so well and quickly. Please remember that each year will be holding their parents meeting over the next couple of weeks so please come and meet your child's new teacher and ask any questions you may have as well as finding out all the exciting things your children will be doing this year!
