Year 1 have been very busy sorting objects into different criteria as part of their maths. They have become experts at it by the look of these images......
As part of their World War Two Topic - Keep the Fire's Burning' the children used their geographical skills to locate the allies and Axis forces in small groups. They had to all participate, locate the different countries and co-operate to solve the task. Could you locate the countries? Are the children correct?
Year 1 have been to the local woods this week, Wombwell Woods, to explore our local community and find signs of autumn. They all had a wonderful time walking beneath the large trees, listening out for the wildlife and finding out about what you see in the woods and the environment.
4th October...... Space is coming to High View's Hall at lunch time. Who is willing to go to space for lunch?
