As part of our 'health and sports week' we had a visit from Freddy Fit. We took part in his exercise class and listened as he told us how to live a healthy lifestyle. We should exercise every day, drink lots of water and eat 5 different kinds of fruit and vegetables every day. Freddy was so impressed with foundation stage, their hula-hooping skills were amazing!
