On Wednesday 9th May, year 4 had a Roman day. We all dressed up like Romans {even the teachers} and cooked different Roman food: roman bred, cheese pate, cheese cake and pancakes. The first group cracked a Roman code while other groups looked at Roman objects and answered questions about the Romans. The year 4s made pictures out of small squares . This is called mosaic . Once the food was cooked we got to taste it and my favourite was the cheese cake {it was yummy.} That was year 4s Roman day.
