During Maths week, we complete an nrich challenge called 4 Dom.
The children had to find a way to make a square out of 4 dominoes and ensure the same number of dots were on each side. The children set about the task using their reasoning skills.

We kicked off maths week with an Escape Room challenge - the children manage to solve the clues and unlocked the code. We loved it!
The Golden Rule this week was Look After Property!
Daisy Daisy is super organised, so is always ready to learn and looks after all the equipment in class. She also takes great pride in her work. Holly Always ensures she has everything she needs. She is well organised and always ready for learning. Our incredible Year 6 children have made amazing progress in the short time they have been back! Look at our wonderful Movers and Shakers! Nathan and Hollie have made amazing strides in their presentation. They have been working hard all half term to improve their presentation. Amazing!
These children have not only received their 25 read cards but have now got their 50 reads! Fantastic!
The Golden Rule this week was Work Hard. Our winners were:
•Lois – for a good start at High View and settling in quickly. For learning the Golden Rules and showing she can follow them. It isn’t easy being new but Lois has made a really big effort to become part of the High View team!
