Like him, some of us may be feeling lonely and missing our loved ones. We may be dreaming of being somewhere different (no matter how much we love our homes). All these things, along with a lack of normal routine, can make us feel stressed and a little sad at times. It's important that we find ways to make ourselves feel better while we have to deal with lock down.
There are lots and lots of ways that we can do this. We have attached some photos of what we've been doing to keep happy and healthy. These include exercise, being creative, learning new skills, appreciating the different things that make us lucky, finding things to make us laugh and keeping in touch with our loved ones using Skype etc.
This week, our families have been sharing the fabulous things that they have been up to that are keeping them happy and healthy during this difficult time.
