After tasting and researching foods from different North American countries, it was time to plan our menus! The children worked in groups of five to find recipes for a starter and main course. They can't wait to cook and taste them after half term!

In maths we have been looking at mental methods to multiply. Some of us really took to the partitioning method, whereas others wanted a bit more support to feel confident. So, we paired up to help each other. It meant that everybody who wanted a bit of extra support got some and those of us who were confident became better at explaining and reasoning or understanding.
