Today, all of KS1 have been lucky enough to go on a trip to Wombwell Cricket Club to take part in an All Star Cricket event.
We were split into teams to take part in a circuit of cricket skills. We practised throwing at wickets, running between wickets, batting, catching and we even did some superhero catching!
Another school were also there to take part in the games. We all had to compete against each other.
Our school did really well and a team from year 2 won! Hudson's Hornets (from 2EH) came in 1st place with 752 points and Team Lightning (from 2NS) came in 2nd place with 670 points.
