This week we completed the  Race For Life! 
We were sponsored by friends and family to run three laps of the school field  in order to raise money for cancer research!

We kick started our final summer term at High View with a trip to the Butterfly House at Sheffield. We had a great day learning about the tropical climate and the interesting and intriguing creatures that live there!  We even got to hold some exotic animals including a stick insect and a  baby python!   
We experienced the heat and humidity that would be found in the rainforests and admired the  amazing, colourful plants that grow there! We can't wait to create art work and  do some creative and persuasive writing about our trip  and to learn more about our new topic - Tropical Rainforests!
