Our local MP Stephanie Peacock presented Paul Peach as the second place winner with Hannah Banks and Sophie Osborn being runners up for the Christmas card competition! Again well done to you all for being creatively talented!
Year 5 have presented their World War II work to parents this afternoon and again I am so proud of the quality of work and knowledge the children have on this topic. It is clear to see they have thoroughly enjoyed it!
Well, what a fantastic week we have had already with our Christmas Concerts. Well done to our youngest children in Foundation Stage who have sung their Christmas songs to their families and Foundation Stage Two who performed the Christmas story. They were amazing and everyone commented on how well they sang!
Year 6 and Foundation Stage Two have been to the library and again the Year 6’s supported the younger children and all the children represented school so well. What wonderful peer support from our Year 6 pupils and a lovely opportunity for our younger children to be around the role models at High View.
A message from the School Council:
Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets to raise money to pay for our fabulous Christmas tree and decorations! We raised a total of £113.20! The raffle has been drawn and the winner of the Christmas hamper was Shelly Mae Mallows in RJB. Merry Christmas from the School Council 🎄 |
